Anjela Sonya Mohadeb
Director
Armed with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Newcastle University, United Kingdom, and an Associate membership with The Chartered Governance Institute (ICSA), Anjela Sonya Mohadeb brings invaluable offshore and banking sector experience. With a rich history working at prominent fiduciary firms and the renowned AfrAsia Bank, she has managed the secretarial work for sovereign funds and companies listed on the Mauritian Stock Exchange.
In addition to her core role, Sonya also acts as a non executive director for a management company in Mauritius.
Vedanand Singh (Shyam) Mohadeb

A distinguished Chartered Accountant, Shyam Mohadeb, formerly an Assurance Senior Partner at PwC, is now a Financial Consultant.
He acts as independent director on the board of a renowned public real estate company and provides advisory expertise to an offshore management company.
